I don't believe in "silver bullet" solutions or blindly focusing on processes and frameworks. All organizations, teams and individuals are different, and as a leader I focus on listening to needs, creating direction and acting accordingly, often with the support of agile working methods.

 

With experience from both the public sector, larger organizations and growth companies, I have built a broad toolbox for how change, collaboration and delivery actually work in practice. I have a strategic eye, but am not afraid to go into detail when the situation requires it.

 

The most fun I know is when we find solutions together to move forward. I believe in building a strong foundation and self-driven organizations, teams and employees that deliver wonders!
